We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags and labels intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria. Certain items (e.g. personalised or hygiene-sensitive products) may be exempt from returns — this will be clearly noted on the product page.
